Booking and confirmation
An online submission requests the selected dates but is not final until Toss Boss confirms the service address, availability, placement, materials, timing, and price.
Payment timing
Stripe securely saves a payment method during booking. Nothing is charged at booking. The base rental, applicable sales tax, and disclosed card fee are charged when the dumpster is physically delivered.
Rental periods
The Weekend Special runs Friday through Sunday with no extra days. The standard rental covers up to five days; additional days are $20/day when availability allows.
Weight and additional charges
1 ton included is included. Overweight is billed at $150/ton. Documented, contract-authorized charges may also apply for approved extra days, prohibited materials, failed pickup, damage, or other conditions stated in the signed rental agreement.
Materials
Hazardous and prohibited materials may not be loaded. Dense or special materials—including concrete, dirt, brick, shingles, appliances, mattresses, tires, and similar items—must be approved before loading. Approved tires carry an additional fee of $100 per tire, and approved mattresses carry an additional fee of $70 per mattress.
Placement and access
The customer must provide a safe, accessible placement area and accurate delivery instructions. Vehicles, gates, low branches, wires, soft ground, and other obstacles should be addressed before delivery.
Changes and cancellations
Contact Toss Boss as soon as possible to change or cancel a request. Because a booking is pending until confirmed, applicable cancellation or trip charges—if any—will be disclosed in the signed rental agreement or confirmed directly before service. Call (518) 903-1223 with time-sensitive changes.
