Information we collect
When you request a quote or book a rental, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, service address, project details, preferred dates, and communication preference.
The website may also collect basic device and usage information through Google Analytics, including pages viewed, approximate location, browser type, and referral source.
How we use information
We use your information to review availability, provide quotes, arrange delivery and pickup, communicate about your rental, process authorized charges, send receipts, prevent abuse, and improve the website and service.
Payments and service providers
Payment details are handled by Stripe. Toss Boss does not receive or store your full card number. We may use service providers such as Supabase for application data, Resend for email delivery, Google for analytics, maps, reviews, or address-related services, and hosting providers needed to operate the website.
Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention and security
We retain rental and communication records for operational, accounting, dispute-resolution, and legal purposes. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
